We will provide with a tracking number with the mailing service we used to ship your item.
Bigfoot Shirt Co. accepts Credit Cards and Paypal as payment option
*Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% - 5% packages will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/un-deliverable address, dishonest claims, lost by post office.
*In case of issues list above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment, refund or take credit.
*Please contact Bigfoot Shirt Co. Customer Support Teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged within 24 hours. We can offer free replacements by original shipping method. If you want to change to other shipping method, you need to pay shipping difference.
*Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. We won’t offer a full refund or exchange for orders delivery over 1 month. For exchange, you need to pay the shipping fee to return and resend.
*Returning Damaged/Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us a digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email. Our customer support team will deal with it in less than 24 hours. (In the form of return, replacement, refund or account credit)
*If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to Bigfoot Shirt Co. Factory for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
*PLEASE ATTENTION:
ALL COLORS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS.
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing.
Bigfoot Shirt Co. will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Bigfoot Shirt Co. Customer Service Teams to be defective. Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return. Please contact us for the best solution.
*PLEASE ATTENTION:
All products are made to orders, and personalized products can not be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the products quality. In this case, please return it to us and we will either replace the product or give you a full refund - in this circumstance we will also refund you for the shipping cost.
*For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility for the customer. Under no circumstance does Bigfoot Shirt Co. reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
*If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Bigfoot Shirt Co..

For orders placed in China & Australia factory,
*If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service [email protected]. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy.
*Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it. Generally, you are allow to cancel or modify order item within 24 hours since order was placed.
*If you insist to cancel a processing order, you might be charged 25%-50% of the payment to cover product material cost.
*If they are ex-factory products, the cost will be 30-75% of the order amount.
For orders placed in USA factory,
*Please be advised that cancellations are not feasible once payment for US orders has been made. USA orders will smoothly progress into the automated production process, with products subsequently produced and shipped. We don't support any refund.

*Bags Production Time: 4-6 days
*All-Over-Print Apparels Production Time: 4-7 days
*All-Over-Print Legging Production Time: 4-6 days
*All-Over-Print Hoodies Production Time: 4-7 days
*Umbrella Production Time: 3-6 days
*Accessories Production Time: 3-6 days
*Home Products Production Time: 3-6 days
*Generally speaking, we will strive to print & produce all orders in a week time.
*Mix & Match order requires even longer production time due to across-department manufacturing processing.
